How We Work

Clear priorities. Agreed work. Regular conversation.

A practical working relationship starts with a shared understanding of the assignment and the contribution each side needs to make.

Discuss your priorities
  1. Understand

    First, understand what needs attention.

We discuss the business, the audience, the current presence and your priorities. Existing websites, profiles, content and campaign information can help us understand the starting point.

The initial conversation establishes fit and the next step. A detailed audit, strategy or diagnostic is a separately scoped assignment if required.

  2. Define

Put the work into a clear proposal.

The proposal describes the deliverables, channels, roles, review process and fees. It also identifies assumptions and dependencies that affect delivery.

Before work begins, both sides should understand what is included, what information is needed and how additional requests will be handled.

  3. Develop

Turn business knowledge into useful marketing.

We gather the agreed inputs and develop the material. Depending on the assignment, that may include messaging, page content, creative concepts, social posts, video edits or campaign assets.

A designated reviewer helps keep feedback clear. Your team confirms business facts, permissions and any profession-specific requirements.

  4. Release

    Review the details before publication.

Content and assets follow the agreed approval process. Website functionality, campaign settings, destinations, links and account permissions are checked within the assignment’s scope.

The engagement identifies who publishes the work, who receives inquiries and how issues are escalated.

  5. Learn

Use the response to guide the next decision.

We review the available evidence against the purpose of the work. The discussion should identify what to continue, refine or investigate.

A one-time project closes with the agreed handover. Ongoing work follows the review cadence and reporting scope defined in the engagement.

You

You bring the knowledge of your business, accurate source material, access to designated reviewers and timely decisions. Your team also owns the client conversations and professional judgments assigned to it in the scope.
